

Standard passes are also good for walk-in use. You may not request both a walk-in and standard pass. If you require multiple walk-in passes for individuals in your household with different last names, please speak with County staff when you pick up your pass.

Each household may have one walk-in pass, which will be tied to the last name on the registration form. This allows residents to enjoy walk-in/bike-in access to Wellington Rotary Beach without having to supply a vehicle licence plate number. A walk-in pass is not tied to a vehicle and is intended for residents/taxpayers who do not have a vehicle. everyone in your vehicle, or everyone who arrives with you on foot/bike.)Ģ.

This pass gives everyone in your party free access to Wellington Rotary Beach (i.e. Each household may claim up to 3 standard passes, each of which will be tied to a different licence plate.
#To make a pass for free
This is good for parking on Huyck’s Point Road, Bakker Road and good for free access to Wellington Rotary Beach whether you drive or walk in. A standard pass will have your vehicle make and licence plate listed on it. You may request one of two types of PEC Summer Passes:ġ. Up to three passes may be requested per household with some limitations.

Registrants will be asked to select their pick-up location at the time of registration, and will be required to show proof of residency when they collect their pass.
By-law staff will be issuing warnings instead of tickets at Huyck’s Point and Bakker Road until more passes are available for pick up. Please note that due to overwhelming demand, PEC Summer Pass registrations received on or after May 19 will be available for pick up on or after June 3. Each household may request up to three passes. It does not guarantee space at the beach or within the designated parking areas. The PEC Summer Pass allows residents free entry to Wellington Rotary Beach, as well as exempts pass holders from fines in designated parking areas on Huyck’s Point Road (County Road 20) and at Bakker Road.
